Lorraine, I've never been formally introduced to either you or Gord, but as the Receptionist at the Terraces, I knew who you both were. I'd always see Gord leaving at the end of his shift, and he'd look and smile, as he walked out the front doors. I'm shocked and very saddened to hear that he's gone, and just wanted you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time
