Passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Monday, December 22, 2014 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Norman Gemmell (2004) for 56 years. Loving mother of Beverly (Ken), Brian (Sabrena) and Debbie (Steve). Grandmother of Derek, Tara, Shawn and Jason. Great Grandmother of Vincent, Richard, Gavin and Analyn. Dearest friends Ray, Daisy, Cheryl, Tess and Peter Overington. Cousin of Ernest Smith of England and Joan Jackson (Learmont) of Australia. Wilma will be sadly missed by her many relatives and friends. In keeping with Wilma’s wishes cremation has taken place. There will be a Celebration of Life service at a later date. If desired, in memoriam donations to the Minden Legion Branch #636 or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family and can be arranged by Parker Funeral Home, 705-324-1988.
