Passed away in Calgary, Alberta on October 19th, 2008 in his 68th year. Loving father of Lynda Graham (Gary), Karen Hannah (Mike), Wayne Bannister (Trish), Vicki Bannister and Marsha Matson. Step-father of Keith (predeceased), Calvin and Karen. Grandpa Vic of Ron (Cara), Angie (Todd), Katie, Alanah, Jordan, Britney, Candace and Jesse. Great grandfather of Tyler, Lilia and Joshua. Brother of Alfred "Buck" Bannister (Mary). Vic will be missed by his ex-wife Marjorie Matson, by all his relatives, nieces and nephews and special friends Gail and Jim Morris of Calgary. A Celebration of Vic's Life will be held at Parker Funeral Home, 19 Moose Road (corner of McLaughlin and Moose Road), on Saturday, November 1st, 2008 at 1:00 pm.
