Tanis Anne Jenkins (nee Welde)

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of a truly loved wife, mother & cherished Grammie. In her 74th year, at Ross Memorial Hospital – Palliative Care Unit. Sharing her love with Ron for the last 54 years of marriage. Her adored children Lori Lee (Chuck), Richard (Erin) & Tyler (Laura). Cherished Grammie to Connor (Danica), Abbey (Ethan), Alex (Kat), Hailee (Jake) & Mason. Leaving behind family Barb Jenkins, Anna Jenkins, Stuart & Jackie Jenkins, Alma Jenkins, Marie Cornish, Betty & Phil Archer, Brian & Judy Jenkins, Jodi Timbryn & Jessie Jenkins. Predeceased by her parents Bernie Welde & Jean Staples, Ron’s parents Joe & Helen Jenkins, brothers Charles, Clare, Harry, Raymond, Percy, Ken & John Cornish. Tanny will be remembered by several nieces & nephews, special cousins, the Carmichael family, the Ferguson family & her trailer park friends from over the years.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Nancy & Ed, Anne & Eric, as well as all the Palliative Care nurses & staff, Dr Brent McMillan, The Ross Memorial Hospital and all the Doctors and nurses.

As per Tanny’s wishes, there will be no funeral. Cremation has taken place and a private family burial will take place at a later date.
