Steve Russell

It is with heavy hearts and sadness that we announce the passing of Steve Russell after a lengthy illness. Sadly missed by his wife of 46 years, K. Lynn Russell (nee Cronin). Loved by daughter Stephanie Peskowitz (Ira) and grandsons Isaac & Ilan of Florida. Cherished by son and bestfriend Adam Russell of Lindsay, Ontario. Brother in law of Laurie Bastin (Jon), and James (Lynn) Cronin). He will be missed by his nieces and nephews Michelle Ingram, Jeff Bastin & Nicole Cronin. Cousin of Heather & Dave Brown, John & Evelyn Fraser and many others. Steve will be remembered fondly by his dear friends Clyde, Richard and Zella.

The Russell family would like to send their gratitude to Nurse Crystal Foster, PSW Michelle Oliver, Doctor Sara Lynn Francis, and the staff at Ross Memorial Hospital – Palliative Care Unit.

In keeping with Russell’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a Memorial Service held at Bethel Evangelical Missionary Church on March 3, 2026, at 1PM. Light refreshments to follow.
