Meraska, Sandra “Sandy”
Born June 6th 1944, D-Day, and passed away November 11th 2018, Remembrance Day. While Sandy fought like no other, she lost her battle with cancer in her 75th year.
She is loved and cherished by many, including her husband Bill Meraska, children Gary (Lisa), Julie, Karlee (Jeff). Grandma will be forever remembered by Shane, Mikayla, Kassandra, Adam, and Benjamin. Survived by her sister Ina O’Sullivan, and her husband Fred, and their family.
Supported and cared for daily by an outstanding nursing staff inside the 3rd floor medical unit at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay.
Friends and family are welcome to call at Lakeland Funeral Centre, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay Friday, November 16 from Noon until 1:00 P.M. at which time a Memorial Service will be held in the chapel.
