Ronald Douglas Black

​​Passed away peacefully at the Haliburton Highlands Health Sciences in Haliburton, Ontario. Ron leaves behind his cherished spouse of 33 years, Donna Black (nee Robertson). Loving father of Douglas Black & Debbie Black. Stepfather of Jonathan Hicks (Janice Rachar) & Sandy Lawrence (Nick Lawrence). Proud grandfather of Alex, Sarah, Susie, Brandon, Evan, Sherri-Lynn & Ken (Coral). Great grandfather of Wesley & Clara. Missed by siblings Sharon (Renzo) & Marion (Bob). He will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Memories will be forever remembered by his best friend Larry Pighen.

The Black family would like to extend a warm thank you to the doctors, nurses, and support staff at the Haliburton Highlands Health Centre for their unwavering compaction and care they provided to Ron in his final days.

In keeping with Ron's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a private family Celebration of Life held at a later date.
