Passed away on Saturday, October 10th, 2009 at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay in his 69th year. Lovingly remembered by his life partner of 19 years Sandra Meldazy-Toms. Loving father of Michael Broomer (Delena) of Richmond Hill and Christopher Broomer (Julie) of Kitchener. Step-father of Candice, Melanie and Stephanie Toms all of Lindsay. Grandfather of Kienen, Lilah, Jamie, Anthony, Paetyn and Cody. Brother of Stuart Broomer (Cherie) of Toronto. There will be a visitation on Saturday, October 17th, 2009 from 11:00 am until time of memorial service at 12:00 pm at Parker Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay.
