Peter Yzereef Obituary

Peter John (Petrus Johannus) Yzereef (March 7, 1930 - December 27, 2020) passed away peacefully in his 91st year, at Ross Memorial Hospital, with his son Barry and daughter-in-law Donna Tunney, by his side.

He is survived by his sisters Bernadette Dunford, Mary Lynch and Joanne Michiels. Predeceased by his wife of 56 years, Clara née Walsh, as well as brothers John and Joseph and sisters Loretta, Anna, Louise and Helen.

Peter was a Bell Canada retiree and served as the VP of the Peterborough Local Bell Pioneers. Peter's optimism and humour will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
