Entered into rest on Tuesday, September 9th, 2008 at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay in his 93rd year. Beloved father of Robert (Margaret) of Stoney Creek, Joyce Gowland (Bill) of Kitchener, Derek (Lynn) of Toronto, Kathleen Stringer (Lorraine) of Vancouver, Norman (predeceased) and his wife Denise, and Anne Thureson (John) of Washago. Grandfather and Great Grandfather of many. Orville will be missed by all his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at Parker Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 19 Moose Road (corner of McLaughlin and Moose Road), Lindsay, on Friday, September 12th, 2008 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Funeral Service on Saturday, September 13th, 2008 at 10:30 am in the chapel, followed by interment at St. James Cemetery, Toronto.
