Norman “Bud” Clancy

CLANCY, Norman “Bud” – Suddenly at his home in Bobcaygeon, Bud passed away on Friday, March 8th, 2019 at the age of 89. Beloved husband of 67 years and best friend of Mary (nee Walker). Devoted and loving father of Paul (Arlene), Jim (Laura), Scott (Sandra), John (Raoul) and the late Larry and father-in-law of Linda (Rusty Griffith). Proud grandpa of Brianna Burgin (Steve), James (Sophia), Robert (Alysha), Danielle, Brad, Kristen, Shannon and Ryan. Adored great-grandpa of Seth, Tucker, Emily and one on the way. Cherished brother of Ron (Pat). Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Bud is predeceased by his brother Kenneth, sister’s-in-law Lillian, Dianne, Dorothy Logan, Barbara Dadswell, Jackie Walker and brother’s-in-law Bob Walker and Nelson Logan. He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him. In keeping with Bud’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at the LAKELAND FUNERAL & CREMATION CENTRE, 19 Moose Road, on Thursday, March 14th, 2019 from 12:00 P.M. until the time of Memorial Service at 1:00 P.M. Following the service will be a light luncheon.
