Passed away suddenly at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, April 19th, 2011 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of Douglas for 57 years. Loving mother of Douglas, Stephen (Mary), James (Darlene) and Debi (David). Grandmother of Evan, Lindsay, Morgan, Mackenzie, Chad, Chase, Jencina, Trevor, Travis, Aimee and Kameron. Survived by one brother, Harry in Newfoundland. Marjorie will be sadly missed by her many relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at Parker Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay on Saturday, April 23rd from 1:00 pm until time of Memorial Service at 2:00 pm. In memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family and can be arranged by Parker Funeral Home, 705-324-1988.
