I worked with Marion at Case Manor in the late '80s to mid 1990s. She was always a happy face whenever I came into the kitchen and we knew that the meals would be especially delicious when Marion was cooking! I like to think that some people go the extra mile and put a bit of love in their cooking and Marion was one of those people. I can't imagine how many hundreds of residents' days were brightened by the sight, smell and taste of one of her meals. I still have her recipe for Sloppy Joes and frequently serve it to my boys with fond memories of those days. My condolences to all of you and peace be with you.

Marion was a very good friend and I enjoyed her company many times at the Howe Family Reunions. I appreciated all of help that she offered throughout my years in Lindsay. I will miss her and her friendship.

Thanks for the memories Marion. Hugs--precious moments we will always cherish remembering our time together and our last hugs in Pembroke. Pulling the wool over our eyes about “the little getaway” was an impressive feat that will bring us everlasting laughter.

Nancy and family, God picked a very unique and beautiful flower to add to His eternal peaceful garden.

We will always be thankful for Marion's help and friendship during our father's illness. She was also a good companion to our mother, before she entered the nursing home, on occasions when we couldn't drive to the condo. She was a great friend and will be missed.

As I sit in Heaven
and want you every day
I try and let you know the signs
I never went away.

I hear you when you're laughing
and I watch you as you sleep.
I even place my arms around you,
to come you as you weep.

I see you wish the days,
away begging to have me home
So I try and send you signs
so you know you're not alone.

Don't feel guilty that you have life,
Life that was denied to me,
Heaven is truly beautiful,
just you wait and see!

So live your life, laugh again
enjoy yourself be free
Then I'll know with
each breath you take,
you'll be taking one for me.

Take comfort in knowing that Marion has been reunited with loved ones. Her memory will live on in your heart. Sending our deepest condolences.

So sad to hear she's gone ... She will be missed by so many . Here is a poem I wrote for her today after I learned of her passing . RIP Aunt Marion

May her soul rest in peace,
May your sorrow fade with time;
May you find happiness through memories,
And treasure the time you shared.

Her love for us endures,
Her laughter echoes in our ears;
Her presence will never be far,
And her kindness will always be felt in our soul.

She will be missed,
She will be remembered;
She will be watching us from up above,
And will always be there by our side.

Our memories and love for her will never fade,
She will always be in our hearts;
By you and all of us,
Forever and always.

Love you .. Xo Cathy
