Claire passed away very peacefully with family by her side at the Peterborough Regional Health Care Centre at the age of 92. Beloved wife of 67 years to late George Robert Thompson Sr..Daughter to Amedee Olivier St. Denis and Zaline (Emma) St. Denis (née Henley). Claire was a loving sister to her 7 brothers and sisters, a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Claire very much loved animals and nature and enjoyed reading, music and spending time with her family especially her great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Peterborough Regional Health Care Centre - Palliative Care (Unit D2). The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the nurses and doctors at the Peterborough Hospital in D2 who were involved in Claire's care for their amazing support and dedication.
