Margaret Jean Roberts

Surrounded by loved ones Marg Roberts peacefully passed away at the Ross Memorial Hospital. Marg was born and raised in Toronto. While on a bowling league she met the love of her life Paul, who she was happily married to for 57 years. Paul convinced Marg to leave her city roots and settle in Lindsay for the past 50 years. Marg will be deeply missed by her children Kelly(Dave), Karen and Scott. Her grandchildren Jade(Nathan), Garrett, Jeff and Braeden and her great grandchildren Jameson, Athena and Colt. Marg was a fiery lady, she told it like was and was unapologetically herself. She loved her family and friends deeply and was always up for a good card game, especially one that she could take all your money. At Marg's request she wants to be cremated and laid to rest alongside her husband, we will be having a celebration of life in the new year. “Nanny you will be deeply missed and always remembered, you are finally at rest with papa.
