Lynda Gail Simpson (nee Carriere)

Passed away peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ontario on November 18, 2025 with family by her side. Loving mother of Christoper Carriere (Annette), Amy Bain (Chuck) & Michael Simpson (Ann). Beloved Nana of Sydney Carriere, Cole Simpson, Joshua Simpson, Rylin Simpson, Benjamin Bain & Brianna Bain. Cherished sister of Joanne Richard (Louis), Richard Carriere (the Late Susan), Doug Carriere & Sherri Carriere. Remembered by her nephews Daniel Richard, Jason Richard & Chad Carriere. She will be missed by many extended family members and friends.

Gail loved her children and grandchildren with her whole heart, and everyone who knew her could see that they were her pride and joy. She lit up at every story, every achievement, and every moment they shared with her. Her love was constant, unwavering, and filled with pride for each of them.

The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the Ross Memorial Hospital for their exceptional care they provided to Lynda.

In keeping with Gail's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service.
