On the afternoon of August 8, 2024, our loving mother and grandmother, Lynda Jane Featherstone (Young), 82, passed away peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, with her family by her side.  Lynda fought a courageous battle with cancer, and we will forever admire her strength and bravery.  She will be greatly missed by her sons Willy and Randy, daughter's in law Alice and Michelle, grandchildren Ashley (Andrew), Jessa (Erik), Jolie (Shawn), Jacob (Anne), Nicole (Dave), Brooklyn, by great grand daughter Bronwyn, and by all her family and friends.  She will forever be in our hearts.   

Many thanks to the wonderful Palliative Care Team at Ross Memorial Hospital and a special thank you to Dr. Brent MacMillan and his team. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation, Palliative Care Unit, In Memory of Lynda Featherstone.

Celebration of Life on Sunday, September 29, 2024 from 1 pm - 4 pm at Ajax Convention Centre, 550 Beck Crescent, Ajax, ON L1Z 1C9.
