CASEY, Elena Lynda

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elena Lynda Casey at the Ross Memorial Hospital after a very brief battle with cancer. 

Lynda was the beloved wife and best friend to her husband Pat, and devoted mother to sons Patrick and Liam. She was predeceased by her loving daughter, Reagan. Nene’s memory will be cherished by her five grandchildren: Vera, Lucas, Cede, Isla, and little Benjamin.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the doctors and staff at Kingston General Hospital as well as our deepest appreciation to the nursing staff at the Ross Memorial who sadly took care of one of their own with love and tenderness. We offer special thanks to our dear friend. Dr. Dawn Reid.

In lieu of flowers, Lynda’s wish is for donations to be made to the Gargi Bhatia Family Birthing Centre.

Family and friends are invited to Lakeland Funeral and Cremation Centre on Thursday, August 4 for a Celebration of Life from 1:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M. with Words of Remembrance at 1:30 P.M.
