Born at Knaphill, Surrey, England

Passed away peacefully with Lynn at her side at Frost Nursing Home in Lindsay on Thursday June 17, 2021 two weeks before her 98th birthday. Beloved wife of Charles Percy Cragg (deceased). Predeceased by her parents Emily Jemima (Harwood) Webber and James Webber. Cherished mother of Roger Cragg and wife Dianne, Lynn Cragg and husband Ronald Nieuwstraten, Christine Flato and Gene Flato. Loving Nana to Roger Flato, Clint Skidmore and wife Kelli Taylor, Karen Justason and husband Mike, Jason Skidmore and wife Kristina, Laura Cragg, Jennifer Felton and husband Thad, Kelly Nesbitt and husband Al.Great Grandmother to Alyssa, Cassandra, Nathan, Ryder, August, Jake and Harper. Survived by sister Jean (Roy), predeceased by sisters Jessie (John) and Nellie (George), and brothers James, Kenneth (Pam) and Bertram of England. Lillian will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews both in Canada and in England.
