BROOM, Laura Margaret
Passed away at Caressant Care McLaughlin on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 of COVID-19. She was taken from us too soon and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Her husband, Frederick Bruce Broom after 53 years of marriage passed away on January 21, 2003. She is survived by her children: Gary, Margaret-Jean (Bryan McConnell), Ann (Terry Lageer) and Tracey Goulet and her grandchildren: Justin, Christopher, Krista and Ashley. She has been predeceased by her siblings: Anne (Ken), George (Kay), John (Madaline), Frances (Frank), Gordon (Margie) and Ken (Marie). She has two surviving siblings: Inez (Richard) and Andrew (Grace). There will be a celebration of life for her at a later date when it is safe to do so. If desired, donations may be made in her memory to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind or the Alzheimer Society.
