Larry Wayne Zavitz

Passed away peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ontario on Wednesday January 28, 2026. Larry leaves behind his devoted wife of 50 years Beverley Zavitz (nee Hutchison. Father of Tammy, Sheila, Kara, Robert, Christopher & the Late Michelle. Grandfather of Margaret, Amber, Natasha, James, Stephanie, Ryan, Hillary, Riley & the Late Sophie. Great grandfather to 6. Brother of Joan Kemp & the Late Ted Zavitz.

The Zavitz family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff in the Intensive Care Unit at Ross Memorial Hospital for their exceptional care.

In keeping with Larry’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service.

Donations in memory of Larry can be made to the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes.
