James Beaty

Passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Thursday, August 30th, 2007 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of the late Joyce Evelyn Jones (1992). Survived by his sister Margaret Sykes and brother Joseph Beaty of England. Loving father of Jacqueline (Laurie), Irene, David, Neil (Tracy), Phillip (Cathy), Ian, Robyn (George) and Allyson (John). Adored Grandfather of Cheryl, Keath, Gillian, Angela, Krystal, Sydney, Wesley, Courtney, Andrew, Alex, Justyne, Jaymie, Rachel, Sean, Kelly, Jacob, Sarah and Cameron. Caring Great Grandfather of Cyle, Riehl, William, Taylor, Liam, Kenyon, Mia, Quentin and Alexander. There will be a visitation on Sunday, September 2nd from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at Wise Choice Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 19 Moose Road (corner of McLaughlin Road and Moose Road), Lindsay. Funeral Service to be held in the chapel on Monday, September 3rd at 11:00 am. Reception to follow at the Royal Canadian Legion #67, Lindsay. Comrades of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #67, Lindsay and visiting comrades are asked to assemble at the funeral home on Monday morning for a service at 11:00 am. In memoriam donations to the Palliative Care Unit or the Continuing Care Unit at the Ross Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family and can be arranged by calling 705-324-1988. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Petrosoniak, and his team of warm and caring nurses of the Palliative Care and Continuing Care Units.
