Ivy May Lachance

Lachance, Ivy (nee Haycroft)
formerly of Verdun, Pincourt & Dorval, Quebec and Toronto. After a lengthy illness, at the Caressant Care Home in Lindsay, on August 15, 2009. Beloved widow of Marcel; mother of Barbara (Heinz Zierl) of Thunder Bay, and Brenda Lachance (Peter Lanskail) of Seagrave; grandmother of Sandy (Mark Saville) and JoAnn (Mike Schwirtz); and great-grandmother of Joshua, Kelly and Jenna Trevisanutto, Sara Saville, Jada and Tyler Clark. Ivy will be greatly missed by all her relatives and friends, and her OES sisters. Cremation has taken place, with a private inurnment at Rideau Gardens in Montreal. In lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations to the Parkinson’s Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family and may be made through Parker Funeral Home and Cremation Centre 705-324-1988.
