Heart felt condolences to you, Cousin Daphne, Mike, Alexa and Stephanie.

I owe my life to Uncle Theo... My Mom told me stories of the Blue Top days... Especially on summer's day, when I was 4 or 5 years old... Rudi was mad at me for who knows what... He took me to the end of the dock & threw me in. I hadn't learned to swim yet. Rudi turned around and went back to the cottage... your family was having dinner, in your cottage and saw Rudi throw me in... your Dad ran out of the cottage, jumped into the lake and saved me. I was going down for the 'proverbial' 3rd time... to sleep with the fishes... when your Dad pulled me up from the bottom... Thanx Uncle Theo ! ... and say "Hi" to Tante Sonia for me...

I was so sad to read of Ted's passing. I worked at Caressant Care on Mary St for several years until I retired in Dec, 2015. Ted always had such a wonderful smile for everyone....and he was always impressed when I remembered.....NO scalloped potatoes, and PEAS only, no carrots. Rest in peace, dear Ted....love, Gary.
