With Great Sadness we Say Goodbye To Herbert Frederick Jolly of Lindsay Ontario. Passed Away On April 19 2021 at 92 years of age. Predeceased by His Sweetheart Eunice Jolly of 70 years (Jan 10 2021), Sister Florence Viola (infancy 1927), Brother Maurice Jolly (2003), Sister Marjorie Streahorn (2019). Survived by Sisters Norma Proudlove of Toronto, Mary-Lou Mintz of Whitby and Margaret Hamilton of Belleville. Loving missed by his surviving 8 children Karen Dufty (Bruce Collins), Wayne Jolly (Diane), Brian Jolly, David Jolly (Brenda), Bruce Jolly (Tracy), Kerry Jolly-Welling (Fred), Cathy Glover (Alan Bathe), Christine Templeton (Scott), and special added daughter Lora-Mae McGill. Has been blessed with 27 Grandchildren, 53 Great grandchildren, 5 Great Great grandchildren. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Herbert Jolly’s Personal Lifetime of Accomplishments: Past President of Kawartha Classic Car Club, Owned and Operated Jolly Gardening & Landscaping in Toronto, Supervisor Browns Security Toronto, Owner and Operator of Lindsay Watchman Newspaper and Statesman, Worked for General Motors till work Injury, Bobcaygeon and Omemee Police Force 1950-1960's.
The Gig is Up Dad your Wrestling name Was Rusty. His Great Love of Wrestling in Toronto as a young man took him to Train under Many greats (Wipper Billy Watson, Andre the Giant) late 1940's to early 1950's Toronto Area. Short Lived Career (Married Life will do that to you)
