Gwyneth Doreen Jay (nee Stocks)

Passed away peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay. Now reunited with her beloved husband Patrick Jay.  She leaves behind her sons Michael (Barb) & Steve (Cathy). Loved by grandchildren Cale, Dawson, Liam & Meghan.  

In keeping with Gwyneth's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a Celebration of Life on Thursday August 14, 2025 between the hours of 7PM – 9PM at Lakeland Funeral Centre in Lindsay.

Donations in memory of Gwyneth may be made to The Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation.
