Garry Edward Hutchinson

Garry Edward Hutchinson, age 66, passed away peacefully September 12, 2022, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

Garry was born in Toronto, Ontario on June 19, 1956, to Lillian (Mae) Hutchinson and late Glover (Bud) Hutchinson. Garry will be lovingly remembered by his loving wife of 46 years Carol Hutchinson, his children Jennifer Graves (Brett), Christy Hutchinson (Josh), Sarah Bentley (Jason) and his treasured Grandchildren Payton, Emerson, Kasey, Chelsea, Lillian and Dawson. Garry will be missed by his many relatives, neighbours, and friends.

The family would like to thank Dr. Rothenstein (Chemo Doctor), Dr. Niglas (Radiation Oncologist), Dr. Millson (Family Doctor) and all the staff at the Nursing Clinic in Lindsay. Your unwavering support over the last three and a half years is greatly appreciated and we will be forever grateful for the extra time that you gave us with him.

Visitation to take place on Saturday, September 24th, 2022, from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. at Lakeland Funeral Centre, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay. Funeral service to take place at 1:00 P.M. with reception to follow.

If desired in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Garry can be made to the R.S. McLaughlin Durham Region Cancer Centre.
