Evaline Frances Brown (nee Lloyd)

On September 29, 2025, Evaline Brown of Cobourg passed away peacefully at the age of 97. Now at rest with beloved husband George Brown (Predeceased 2008). She leaves behind her cherished son Patrick Brown (Wendy). Loving grandmother of Conor (Muhsina) & Shannon. Great grandmother of Amira.

Evaline enjoyed a rich and full life. From her time as a young girl growing up in Northern Ireland; marrying a young sailor named George; immigrating to Canada to start a new life and family; reveling in various overseas adventures; raising her family and spoiling generations of dogs and her grandchildren. Evaline was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and a true rock in her family. She will be sorely missed.

In keeping with Evaline’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and her life will be celebrated in a family service held at a later date.

Donations in memory of Evaline can be made to St. Peter’s Anglican church in Cobourg, Ontario.
