Edward (Ted) Gordon was born in Cannington, Ontario on October 21st , 1941.
He was born, and lived his whole life on Gordhill Farms. Married, and predeceased by
his wife Elaine (nee Patterson), they raised their two children, Don (Debbie), and
Richard (Ginger). His long time companion Cathy Allison, always there, and an
incredible partner. He loved his grandchildren Hollie (Scott), Scott (Taylor), Sam
(Nieve), and Laura (Isaac), and great grandchildren Peter, Audrey, Alice, James, and
Avery.
Ted was a loyal, inviting, and loving man. He loved, and was incredibly proud of the
generations that farmed on Gordhill, and the animals that lived there. He loved
gathering with family and friends, especially when good food was served. He loved
music, and of course, his prized Oliver Tractor. Anyone that knew Ted, would have
been invited over for a visit, and of course a slice of pie!
Ted passed peacefully at his home on Gordhill Farms, the place he loved the most. He
will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Please join us to celebrate Ted’s life on Sunday, January 12, 2025 1:30-4:30 pm at the
