It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mom, Doris Marie Woodcock (nee Pearce) on Monday, November 22nd, 2010 at the age of 84. She was the loving wife of Clifford William Woodcock (Bill) for 42 years. Loving companion of George Smith for 22 years. Left to miss her are Gloria Hood of Lindsay, Ross Woodcock of Newmarket, Ron Woodcock (Karen) of British Columbia, Candy predeceased 2010 (Terry Grozelle) of Lindsay, Holly Bartlett (Randy predeceased 2009) of Lindsay. Lovingly remembered by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Predeceased by seven brother & sisters. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at Parker Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay on Saturday, November 27th, 2010 from 1:00 pm until time of service in the chapel at 2:00 pm. Interment to follow at Zion Cemetery, Fenelon Falls. In memoriam donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family and can be arranged by Parker Funeral Home, 705-324-1988.
