Donald Sidney Hay

On January 12, 2017, Don passed away peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital. Don was a Scarborough Fire Fighter for 32 years and retired in 1992. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Marie (nee Garside) of 58 years and by his daughter Lorie (Stewart). Don will be sadly missed by his daughter Pamela (Brian Loughlin), son Scott (Christine) and son-in-law Paul Stewart. He will be forever remembered by his grandchildren Amanda (Andrew), Matthew (Sabrina), Patrick (Lauriel), Kyle (Julie), Courtney (Mitchell), Cody (Maegan), Lyndsay and Christopher and by his great-grandchildren Geoffrey, Nicholas and Charlotte. Don is survived by his sister Beverly Cowing and brother Raymond Hay. Don will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Sunday January 22, 2017, at noon with a Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. at Lakeland Funeral and Cremation Centre, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay, ON.
