It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Christine on January 16th, 2009. Devoted wife, mother, daughter, niece and friend. Precious wife of Ted. Loving mother and hockey mom to Teddy, Michael and Phillip. Cherished daughter of Wayne & Carol Barrett. Dear sister to Charlene and Wayne. Very loved daughter-in-law of John and Diane Van Kessel and family. True friend of Joe and Karrie Ann Cramer and family and many other friends and relatives. Christine was a very determined, brave, dedicated, private and caring woman. She loved Ted and her boys passionately. Her family and in-laws were her life. She was a beautiful girl with a radiant smile and a big heart. She will be forever in our hearts and minds of anyone who knew her and loved her. The family will receive friends at Parker Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 19 Moose Road (corner of McLaughlin and Moose Road), Lindsay on Tuesday, January, 20th from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Funeral service to take place in the chapel on Wednesday, January 21st at 2:00 pm.
