Passed away on Saturday, June 13th, 2026 in his 87th year at Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Orillia, Ontario. Predeceased by his wife Alphonsine (Vautour). Lovingly remembered by his children Leonard (Darlene), Adrian (Lisa) and Monica. Charles will be remembered by his grandchildren Brett, Cassandra, Axel, Cruz and Raven along with his great grandchildren Liam, Giac “Jack”, Ryland and one on the way. Survived by his siblings Gerald, Marilyn Boutilier and Katherine MacDonald “Kitty”. Predeceased by his parents Mary Head and James Kelly and sister Veronica Reid. Charles will be greatly missed by his family, friends and loved ones. A service will take place on Saturday, July 4th at 12:00 P.M. at St. John the Evangelist Church, 1045 Portage Road, Kirkfield (705-438-8982). The family invites everyone for a Celebration of Life following the service at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #519, 2916 County Road 48, Coboconk (705-454-8127). In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
