Passed away peacefully at her home in Fenelon Falls, Ontario with her two favourite girls by her side. Carol is now reunited with the love of her life and soulmate, the Late Gordon Campbell. Cherished mother of Shelley Munro (Ken) & Tammy Boake (Jeff). Loving grandmother to her four treasures Matthew Munro, Michael Munro, Scott Boake & Adam Boake. Doting great grandmother of Annie Jude Boake. Remembered by siblings Iris Everett (Jack), Ellen Robson (Jerry), Peter Duncan (Linda) & Brenda Webber (Bob). Predeceased by brother Ross Duncan. Carol will be remembered by the Campbell family & special friend John Tripp.
During Carol and Gord’s marriage they made the choice to prioritize the family they built together. They both enjoyed time spent with their daughters and grandchildren whether at holiday parties, celebrations or just chats over the phone. When Carol was with family she could be found in the garden. Carol was an avid gardener, always tending and caring for her plants. She planted seeds of love wherever she went, and her garden continues to bloom in the hearts of those she loved.
Special thank you to Community Care City of Kawartha Lakes - Hospice Services, Doctor Caines & hospice nurse Julie.
In keeping with Carol’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a service held at the Fenelon Falls Salvation Army Church on July 11, 2026. Visitation from 1PM until time of service at 3PM. Reception to follow.
Donations in memory of Carol can be made to Community Care City of Kawartha Lakes – Hospice Services or Diabetes Canada.
