Beth Elaine Simmons (nee Dean)

Passed away peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre in Peterborough, Ontario on December 8, 2025. Elaine leaves behind her devoted husband Eddie Simmons. Predeceased by father Garnet Dean, survived by mother Betty Dean (nee Appleton). Dear sister of Lorna Evans (Don), Phylis Dean, Linda Parker, Larry Dean (Tammy), Sharon Kennedy (Friend – Rob Feddery) & Nancy Smith (Kurt). Beloved aunt of Candace Walsh, Amanda Thompson, the Late Ashley Kennedy, Kyle Perry, Brad Dean, Jeff Dean, Brian Evans, Wayne Evans, Jason Grace, Jennifer Holbrook, Sheri Leigh, Krista Smith & Kody Smith. Elaine will be missed by many great nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

In keeping with Elaine’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a family Celebration of Life held at a later date.

Donations in memory of Elaine may be made the Peterborough Regional Health Centre.
