Barry Albert Joy

Passed away peacefully in his sleep in the comfort of his home. Leaves behind his cherished wife Margaret Joy (nee Bradley). Loving father of Bonnie-Lynn Jones (Colin), David Joy (Tammy), Barry Joy Jr. (Marnie) & Jet Nicholson (Richard). Beloved Papa of Andrew, Bailey, Alanna, Mikayla, Reice, Red, Nash, Ember & Brendan. Great grandfather of 4. Survived by siblings Brian Joy, Linda Sparks (Ed), Darlene Blondin (the Late Steve), Brenda Riley (Bob) & Donna Davis (Don). Predeceased by siblings Wayne Joy (survived by Heather), Gloria Wadsworth (survived by Merv), Sharon Soles (the Late Ken), Doug Joy & Kevin Joy. Barry will be missed by many extended family and friends.

The Joy family would like to extend a warm thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff of Community Care Kawartha Lakes (Hospice).

In keeping with Barry’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no service.
