Passed away peacefully on Monday, June 1st, 2009 at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay in his 85th year. Adrian would like to thank the Ross Memorial Hospital, the nurses of Ross Memorial Hospital Palliative Care Unit, the Para-Med nurses and a special thanks to Dr. Peter Anderson.
