Passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Friday January 3rd, 2014. Loved son of Annette and the late Hans Egon Carlsen. Beloved father of Autumn & Leah, brother of Joanne, Pete, Heather, Annelise, D’arcy. Former spouse of Rosa. The family would like to thank Dr. Chardra and Dr. Katacar and also the kind nurses at the Ross Memorial Hospital for all their support. There will be a memorial luncheon-visitation from 1:00pm until 4:00pm Saturday January 11, 2014 at Parker Funeral Home, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay. If desired in lieu of flowers in memoriam donations to the Ross Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family and can be arranged through the funeral home.
