Allen, Ronald Thomas
Passed away suddenly at home on Monday, February 1st, 2010. Loving husband of Barbara. Father of Jason (Shawna) and Matt (Isabelle). Granpa of Katie Allen. Ron will be sadly missed by his many relatives and friends in Ontario, Manitoba and South Carolina. Ron was an avid golfer and reader, with a great sense of humour, who believed “there was nothing better than a good laugh.” The family will receive friends at Parker Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay on Friday, February 5th from 1:00 pm until time of service in the chapel at 2:00 pm. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family and can be arranged by Parker Funeral Home, 705-324-1988.
