Thankyou Anne for your unfailing care of our brother Peter. Health wise his life was not easy to live, for the past 5 years. I have many good and funny times having an older brother to grow up with. On one occasion he came home from teachers college for a weekend visit with the family. “Would you like to go for a drive in my new car”? He would perch me, the nine year old, on his knee. I would operate the steering wheel, while he manned the break, and I, would “drive” that Vauxall (circa 1960) round and round the circular driveway. “Look mom no helmet, no seatbelt!” Many years later, that particular activity must have instilled in him the desire to make an extra buck, by teaching Drivers Training to highschool students in Milton. I will keep many fond memories of my brother in my mind and heart. I will miss him. 😘🚗 his sister,Pat

Thinking of all of you at this difficult time. Peter was a good man, worked hard and a great teacher. I think of all the students lucky enough to have been in Mr Phillips class. Sincerely, Joan
