Died 7 May 2018 at Ross Memorial Hospital Lindsay at age 93

Born 26 November 1924 in Wolverhampton England

Predeceased by her husband Wilfried (29 April 1992)

And her son Gus (28 October 2016)

Survived by her children:

Canada: Saskia, Marcus (Georgina), Gus’ widow Mayah

Holland: Vivian (Nigel), Jeroen (Monica), Esther

England: Sally (Bernard)

Grandchildren Timothy, Craig, Lara, Justin, Tristan, Cedric, Robin, Paige.

Sisters-in-law Pam, Johanna “Yoka”. Loyal friend Judy.

Cremation has taken place.

We cannot thank the doctors and nurses of the “blue team” on the 3rd floor

of the Ross enough for their excellent palliative care and family support during

Pam’s final week.

The family also wishes to thank and acknowledge the kindness, compassion

and personal care Pam received in her 2+ years living at Pinecrest –

a small Nursing Home with a big heart.
