We are so sorry to hear of the passing of sweet Marian. She was a delightful, warm, caring and generous lady. She always had a story to tell, and lit up the room with her smile. She will be missed. The Graham picnic will not be the same without her.

Love, Karen & Richard Graham

My thoughts are with you today, Gordie, Elissa, Graham and Nev, as you remember Grandma (Marian). I have loved, laughed, and cried with Marian through the years, and will forever remember her great smile and words of wisdom.
Love to all,

Dear Gord, Elissa, Graham and your families,
We have some great memories of Marian and our families together over the years- and
when living next door on Mc Laughlin Blvd. Also had a good visit with her last fall before we went South.
Unfortunately, as Richard is still in hospital after hip surgery, we will not be able to be with you on Saturday.
We met most of you at Janice's Celebration. We send our love to each of you as you remember "a very special lady". With Love, Richard and Cathy

I knew Mrs. Graham as a neighbourhood child when she lived on McLaughlin Blvd in Oshawa. I often wondered how she was as I always liked her. I didn't know Jan had passed away, that was a shock. Anyway, to all her family, I express my condolences on behalf of my mom Marian, my sister Rebecca and our families. May she rest in peace.

Dear friends and family of Marian,
My name is Madison and I am a student volunteer at the Ross Memorial Hospital. I've come to know Marian for a long time now and I am deeply saddened to hear about her passing. She was such a wonderful, cheerful woman and we shared many good laughs together on Sunday's when I visited. She has taught me so much and I will remember her words of wisdom as I grow up. She used to talk about you guys all of the time and she was such a proud grandmother. She used to tell me that she believes that angels look over us and I do believe that she has passed peacefully and will now be able to look over you.
With that, I offer my condolences to you and wish you all the best of luck in life.

Madison

Dear Gord, Elissa and Chris, Graham and Nev:
I first met your Mom/Grandmom about 25 years ago at a Horticultural Society meeting. We became good friends and continued on through Home League and other activities as well as being close neighbours. I treasured Marian's friendship and spent a couple of hours with her two weeks before she passed. She was so bright and cheerful then and it is very difficult to realize that I will no longer
see that beautiful smile that came with a hug. She was dearly loved. I am sure you all know how proud she was of all of you and loved you so much - she did lots of "grandmother bragging"
I hope that you can find comfort in knowing that she is now safe in the arms of Jesus and is reunited with Jan, whom she missed so much. She will always be in my heart.
