Passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Mary of Lindsay (formerly of Peterborough and Chatham) for 63 years. Loving father of Doug (Catherine Miller) of Lindsay and Ron of Halifax. A much loved and treasured Grandpa of Jordan of London, Russell, Graham and Alana all of Lindsay. Son of the late Jack and Pearl Murray of Peterborough. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended families in Chatham. Former employee of De Laval (Peterborough) and Superior Tool and Die (Chatham), past president of Peterborough Minor Hockey Association. An avid golfer and enjoyed all sporting events. The family would like to thank the Rehab Unit at the Ross Memorial Hospital, special thanks to Dr. Graham Loeb and Dr. Mervyn Stone. Cremation has taken place.
