Passed away suddenly at home on Tuesday, August 19, 2014. Loving mother of Sharon (Mike Bullock), Wendy (the late Brien Bowen), Heather (Dean Lane) and Joe (Kerri-Ann). Cherished Gramma of Michelle (Will Pashko), Jason (Luda Bullock), Darcy, Mike (Jess Bowen), Jacqueline (Dan McLeod), Mason, Morgan, Daniel and Brett. Great Gramma of Max, Sam, Jake, Nina and Zachary. Predeceased by her parents Levi and Mabel Budd and great grandson baby Dylan Bullock. Survived by her brother Arthur Budd (Anne) and sister Betty (Art Kight), sisters-in-law Lois Budd, Carol Townsend, Mary Barry, Anna Cramer, brothers-in-law Lorne McInnis, Gerry Townsend and Jack Cramer. Predeceased by Wilma and Mel Wright, Howard Budd, Russell and Marion Budd, Elsie McInnis, Doris and George Dawson, Audrey and Ted Greer, Bill Foster and Gordon Budd. Isabel adored her many nieces and nephews. Isabel will be sadly missed by all who knew her well. The family will receive friends at Parker Funeral Home, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay on Monday, August 25 from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Celebration of Life at 3:00 pm. Reception to follow.
