With family by his side, Harvey passed peacefully from this life at the age of 86 on December 30, 2015 . He was devoted to the love of his life Mary (Fradsham) for over 63 years and was the beloved father of Judy (John), Kathy (Ron), Cheryl (Clyde) and Wayne (Barb). He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Wesley, Michael, Christopher, Ashley, Crystal, Glenn, Ethan, Liam and Callum, their spouses and his great grandchildren, Kimberly, Laura, Natasha, Olivia-Marie, Nicholas, Daniel, Charlie and Jack. Predeceased by his parents Ronald and Elizabeth Gosse and his siblings, Reginald, Ambrose, Florence and Dorothy, he is now greatly missed by Alvina, Ronald, Malcolm, Leonard and Winston. Harvey had a progressive career at Burndy Canada and then created H&M Manufacturing while “in retirement”. He loved a challenge and had unfailing energy to seek solutions to all types of building and engineering projects.  His unwavering zest for life and consistent kindness expressed to everyone he met will keep him in the hearts and minds of all those he encountered. We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the kindness and care he received in his home by Paramed and the Community Care Access Centre (CECCAC) and at Ross Memorial Hospital by the Palliative Care Unit staff.  In keeping with Harvey’s wishes, he has been cremated and a private family interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery.  A Celebration of Life will take place at the Lindsay Golf Course (282 Lindsay St. S. Lindsay) on January 16th, between 2pm and 4pm. Donations, if desired, may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
