Entered into rest with his family by his side at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Wednesday evening, May 8th, 2013 at the age of 70. Beloved husband of Lorraine for 43 years. Loving father of Debbie (Tom Spence) of Peterborough, Mike (Laura) of Brampton and Kevin (Christina) of Lindsay. Poppa of Matt (Samantha), Jennifer, Brooke, Nick, Ryan and Declan. Great Grand Poppa of Hayden. Predeceased by his parents Gus and Marg Colbourne and sister Marilyn. Survived by his brother Carl. Butch will be sadly missed by his family and friends. There will be a funeral service on Saturday, May 11th at 4:30 pm at Parker Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay. Reception to follow. If desired, in memoriam donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family and can be arranged by Parker Funeral Home 705-324-1988.
