Passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital on Friday, June 7, 2019 at the age of 81. Garry: beloved husband and best friend of 60 years to the late Lois Smith (May 10, 2019); devoted and loving father to Denyse Johnson (Ron) and Kim Hayford (Steve); proud grandpa of Christopher (Lisa) and proud papa of Amanda (Jeff) and Amy; cherished great papa of Abby, Jackson and Maddison; dear brother of Glen (Marilyn), Shirley Nicholls (Barry) and the late Judy and Bruce Carr. Predeceased by his parents Vernon and Marion Smith (nee Western). Garry will be lovingly remembered by his family, friends and all who knew him.
