Passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Thursday, August 28th, 2008 in her 71st year. Beloved Wife of David Neal of Fenelon Falls. Loving Mother of Bill (Joanne), Steve, Martin (Leeanne) and Susan. Grandmother of 9 Grandchildren and Great Grandmother of one. Sister of Grace. In keeping with Fran's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a Celebration of Fran's Life at a later date.
