Florence Helen Laurinavicius

Florence Helen Corrick Laurinavicius passed away at 96 at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Thursday, November 21, 2019 with her daughter, Barbara by her side. Florence was one of 13 children born to Elsie and Jim Corrick. She was born at home in Sandwich Town, On, November 16, 1923, but later moved to Toronto and then to Lindsay.  She was a loving mother to Barbara, (David), of Kanata, Bobby (Abby) of Scarborough and Paul, (Aurelie), of Rogersville, N.B. She leaves behind 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren who she adored, also, many nieces, nephews and 2 sisters, a brother and a brother-in-law. She had a generous heart and a very feisty nature. She worked all her life. Family was important to her and she loved to entertain. Nobody ever left her house hungry. She was well loved by the staff of Caressant Care Retirement & briefly at the Nursing Home. Many thanks to the Staff! Family and friends are invited to Lakeland Funeral and Cremation Centre, 19 Moose Road, Lindsay on Tuesday, November 26 for visitation from 11:00 A.M. until time of Memorial Service at 12:00 P.M.
