On November 13th, 2008, mom went with the Lord to reunite with her parents (Howard and Mary Brown) laughing and fighting the whole way after a three year battle with lung cancer. Predeceased by her brother Bill Brown. Forever loved mom of Lavern Hoy and wife Cathy, Lisa Hood and husband Richard and Scott Hoy. Sadly missed by her four most favourite people, grandchildren Kevin, Jacob and Trevor Hoy and Faith Hood. Loving sister of Laura, Hazel and Margaret. Cherished aunt of many nieces and nephews. A private family service to be held according to mom’s wishes.
